These are the pairings from last night’s Dick Taylor / H Wines tasting event for Craft Chocolate Week:

First flight:

Dick Taylor Fleur de Sel – a 74% cacao Dominican Republic chocolate with French sea salt

Couly-Doutheil – Brut de Franc sparkling wine

Second flight:

Dick Taylor Black Fig – inclusion bar with 70% Madagascar chocolate and black mission figs

Chateau la Borie – Cotes de Rhone Villages, 2013

Third flight:

Dick Taylor Bolivia – limited release 70% wild harvested from Alto Beni region

Bernard Magrez – Passion d’une Vie, 2011
